Ved bruk av vassm\u00e5lar vert abonnementsavgift med tillegg av forbruk etter m\u00e5lar\/stipulert forbruk lagt til grunn for avgifter for vatn og avl\u00f8p.<br \/>\nDet vert rekna ei abonnementsavgift for kvar bustadeining. Abonnementsavgifta er den same enten ein f\u00e5r avgifta rekna etter stipulert eller m\u00e5lt forbruk.
